Analogic Tech Debuts Power IC for GPS Handhelds
Advanced Analogic Technologies Inc. has unveiled its AAT2603, an integrated power management IC that it says is designed specifically for mobile GPS devices, as well as other mobile devices operating off a single lithium-ion battery.
